My fingernails are congenitally weak. They toughen up nicely when I take this product regularly, and weaken again when I don't. For me the evidence of its efficacy couldn't be clearer. It also dissolves pretty well (in unsweetened almond milk, in my case) and is pretty close to tasteless.
