This is the 1st time I’ve tried brown rice protein. The texture seems to be a little gritty. I’ve been mixing it with unsweetened almond milk. The taste is different than whey protein, but it’s totally something I can get past.

Originally got to mix with the pea protein as recommended for a more complete protein powder. This blend was a staple when I was doing target muscle training prior to surgery. The rice powder is unsweetened and unflavored but does have a mildy sweet taste (in my opinion). It's also on the silkier side so pretty good for mixing into smoothies, oatmeal, whatever.

This stuff wowed me! I think this is my new super hero! I have the vanilla shakes in the morning and for lunch! I stay full, my energy is through the rough and it tastes great ! You can drink it plain or jazz it up! I even made an ice cream snack with it! Great stuff!!!

Love it, great if you have GI issues

I’m so happy I found this protein powder! I’ve been struggling finding a non gritty powder that doesn’t hurt my stomach. I have IBS so I can’t have a lot of foods and I’m sensitive to peas. This is a lowfod protein high in protein 25G! It’s super smooth and you can dress it up however you want and also taste good plain.

I needed a protein that didn't have cholesterol, and was not made with peas. That is really hard to find. Love that this is organic and only one ingredient. 25g of protein per serving. Yes, the texture is a bit chalky on its own, but it mixes beautifully with anything. I just use my hand frother to mix. You can use a regular or immersion blender as well.

Unlike many protein powders, Naked Rice seems creamier when blended in a Vitamix with frozen Fruit and Oat milk. Pea protein and other vegan powders seem grainy and chalky by comparison. I love Naked Rice. Will continue to buy for my after-cycling recovery.
